The Shane Center

The Shane Center for Therapuetic Horsemanship formerly Willow Farm Equine Assisted Therapy in Centerburg, Ohio has been in the business helping children with disablities through the equestrian arts and animal therapy for over 25 years as of 2018. John Valera designed the corporate brand in 2011. The organization and the brand identity and the brand identity has stood for over six years and is still going strong. John Valera designed brochures, letterheads, business cards and the website,

Website

When John Valera started the project in 2011, the non-profit had been reliant upon Microsoft Frontpage. When the website was being redesigned, the Joomla platform became the clear choice for content management systems became the clear choice because it was the undisputed best of all open source CMS (content management systems) for it's flexibility and extensions readily available. The website was built to be future proof utilizing database driven forms to collect

The Shane Center wanted a brochure that they only need to print once and easily modify when it's time to grow the business. This also meant that the design had to be timless and reflected of the brand.
